I just want to say firstly, and fore mostly in this blog that I continue to offer my thoughts, and eternal empathy to everyone affected by the Queensland floods. Unfortunately, money-wise all I’ve been able to offer is the odd donation here, and there, but every cent counts.

One of the most striking points about this tragedy though is that everyone has managed to come together, and form a strong alliance, forged, and kept alive by the adversity surrounding them. I see this a testament to human nature.
If we take away nothing else from the floods it I think it should be this: ‘Yeah, humanity still exists. We’re going to be all right.’
